Had a quiet afternoon and indeed a peaceful Christmas evening.
Having 9am down beat of choir rehearsal made me wake up at 7 am. Rushed for 8.45 am train (as usual) and reached Strathfield station by 8.58 am. Just two minutes in time before Auntie L-Bie came and picked me up.
This Sunday we only sang in two services rather than three as we usually did in the past years.
Finished service by 12.15 and reached home at 1pm. A quick frozen meal for lunch followed with a nap. Most shops and food outlets were closed but not Chinatown.
Had dinner in chinatown and a night walk all around Darling Harbour and city as i was heading home. Streets were pretty crowded of couples with young kids delighting in city night life.
